WHAT CAN YOU DO?
Check the power supply to the automatic gate system and make sure the circuit breakers are ON.
Make sure the remote controller is working by checking the LED upon operation. It might need a battery change
If the system has safety sensors make sure it is not obstructed by any objects or shadows
Make sure the path of the gate does not have any obstacles that will stop or disturb movement.
